Magnetic Cards for Managers (Aloha) 1

Hey Everyone!
So, we use Aloha, and for years we have only been using number-punching for logging in Servers and Managers at the terminals.
Lately, however, money have been missing from the drawer, so we want to start using magnetic cards for managers.
So here are my questions:

- Is it possible to set-up the use of magnetic cards for manager only, and let the servers use simple number punching?
- How do you set those cards up? I image we need a magnetic stripe writer; is there a specific one that works with Aloha?

Under Maintenance: Labor: Employees, look at the bottom right click on the use magcard. I use used or new gift cards from Walmart. I just set them up by adding password. Instead of typing a password, just swipe the card.
 
Just click on Use Magcard for the employees you want to set up.

One last thing you can use one of the registers to set the password. You don't have to do it in the back office.

For the managers to use mag cards
From the front of the house
go to functions
employee
change password
swipe the card twice
from now on the swipe card is the password.
Then go to the back office
maintenance, employees
find each of the managers and put a check box in the bottom right hand corner to use mag card.
Do not put the check box until they have swiped a card
