Is there a PCMCIA card available that can force install a processor that has been upgraded to Magix software back to Legend software? I've got a CKE3 processor that someone managed to load Magix R4 V7 onto and the silly thing locks up all the time, I assume because it lacks the memory/physical hardware capacity to work with this revision of the software. Rather than chunk it (processor worked fine before) I'd rather just get it back to Legend R7 V10 or V12. I've got a Legend R7 V14.2 card that I've tried but it complains of incompatible software and will not proceed with loading the Legend software, I assume because it is not a forced install card. Is there a card out there that can accomplish this for me?

f10 twice when the error screen comes up.

It complains because the DATABASES are incompatible and you would not be able to restore from a backup card, and they want to make sure you want to do the upgrade (in your case a downgrade)

As far as I know - a CKE3 should not "lock up" from Magix software. It just can't handle all of the ports on an 016 MLX and/or 024 TDL module (it can deal with 8 only). Otherwise - it should work just fine with any other module. So - maybe there is something wrong with the processor - or the Magix software got corrupted. If you don't have WinSPM and are using the upgrade while programming from a 20L - just touch the bottommost right display key twice - at the error.
