So, I've got a Magix R2.1 and it is having an issue with the System going busy for no apparent reason. Users report that over the past 24hrs they have had 3 occurances where the phones start beeping and the displays read 'Wait, System busy'. I've looked at the access logs and the only entry is from me logging into the System to see what is going on. No errors in the System, No T-1 issues, Nothing that I can see as to what is going on. I know the users are not doing it, there is no phone on the Admin extension, done intintionally so they would not have access. They say that it lasts about 5 minutes each time. Any ideas out there?
Thanks for any suggestions....
Michael

Meaning the power supply for the cabinet is going bad....or the system itself could be losing power and then booting right back up.

It's a good place to start. Thanks for the input. I'll let you know.

I would check the errors through winspm too. They can point you in the right direction.

I've been doing that. The error log is clear dating back to Feb.
I was checking the Access Log after this last incident which occured about 45 minutes ago and found an entry SPMD (I'm remote so all my entries are SPMR). We use to have Socket Magix for remote access, but we had so much trouble with keeping access to them that we stopped using them... I'm thinking the Socket Magix may still be connected and hitting the System with garbage. I'm sending one of my Field Techs to see if it's still on there.

It appears as though it was the Socket Magix. Our Field Tech did find it still connected and since removing it the System has not acted up.
