Magix Messaging will not transfer to a Calling Group.

Hello,

My System is:
Magix Release 4.0 v7.0 Mode: Hybrid/PBX
Merlin Messaging R4

My Magix Messaging will not transfer to a Calling Group.

I created Calling group 770 with the voicemail extensions, The trunks ring in to this group. The vociemail answers and plays the greeting.

I have option 1 set to do a Direct extension trasfer to group 771. Group has 12 extensions that all ring when I do a test via the intercom, But when a caller, from the main greeting presses 1 the call rings the operators extension 10 only.

I am missing something. Please advise if you would.

By default, transfer restrictions are turned on, so you can't transfer to an extension number that either doesn't have a mailbox or transfer only permissions. Also, what have you set your maximum extension length to in the Merlin Messaging? If it is 2, change it to 3, or change 771 to a 2 digit extension number. In either case, give it transfer only permissions to send the call from the AA to the calling group.

By the way where do i setup "transfer only permissions
 
option 2, mailboxes, dial the extension number and #, then 1 for a regular mailbox, 2 for transfer only permission, 3 to steer to an auto attendant
