We recently installed a Magix with a PRI. The PRI is terminating into a DMS-250 at the CO. I have no calling or routing problems, but I have a problem with Caller ID NAME not working due to a protocol issue with the PRI. Customer is now wanting to pull out the Magix and to with a different company all together due to this CID NAME issue. Other than POTS Lines, is there anything that I can do to get the CID NAME information to them? I have never seen the CTI link set up on a MAGIX. Will this solve my problem? Any input is appreciated.
