how do i do all page group and loud speaker page on a magix 2.0 system?

and how do i program a button

To just do an all page, Press Intercom (System Access) and dial 799.

To program a button, press Feature, Dial Zero Zero, touch a BLANK Button and dial *22 799, and then press ENTER.

That should do it.

For loudspeaker page - you need an empty line port (where the loudspeaker paging interface jack (RJ11) will plug in. You need to program that line port as a "loudspeaker page" line via system programming. Press menu, system program, exit/start, auxiliary equipment, loudspeaker page - and enter the line number of the empty port (e.g., 810, etc.). Then using system programming add that loudspeaker page line to the extentions you want. Press menu, system programming, exit/start, extentions, lines/pools, key in the ext# and press enter, press entry mode, key in the line# (e.g 810), enter - and exit out. That line number button will display as "loudspeaker page" when inspected or pressed.

Can you do both paging at the same time? ALL PAGE? I think i seen it on a norstar system that you can use the loud and goup page at the same time

Simultaneous Paging

Well, in my original answer I missed your request to do both ALL Page and OVERHEAD Page.

The problem with simultaneous paging is you have to have a RELEASE 2.2 Magix or above to make this happen.

I know some folks who can do an upgrade for a fair price.

But, the bottom line is, your 2.0 won't do it.
