MacSrv Error 12061 Macintosh Dropped

I've got a 2K server wih SP1 which is a child domain active directory system and it hosts the workgroup files.

The event viewer is loaded with System Log Error 12061 source MacSrv which reads:

"Session from user "usernamehere" was timed out and disconnected by the server. The IP address of the Macintosh workstation is in the data. "

People get dropped while they are working. These timeouts are occuring while people are doing their work, not after they disconnect like you would expect. This has been happening for almost a year and started when I first setup this server.

Any thoughts? ...............................

I have the same problem ever since I migrated from Netware to Windows 2000. It has been about 1 1/2 year. Have no idea why the Mac users are being disconnected.
