Macros for ACT

does anyone know if you can creat a macro in ACT. Do they have such a function. I want to add information to a list of contacts without doing it one at a time.

I want to add many things to a list of contacts, for example: I want to do a follow up phone call to 20 people I just called. So instead of adding them one at a time I would like to create a macro that would do the automatically, one after the other. Or I may want to add an opportunity to 100 people without doing it one at a time.

I used to use maximizer and I used their macro function for any task I needed to apply to many contacts.

I'm trying to find if ACT has the same function. I haven't been able to find any information on this.

No, not to add that kind of information.

The reason I asked, is that adding field info would be done through Edit | Replace

Depending on the types of information you want to put into Activities and Sales Ops, there are add-ons that might provide that
