You should first read Macola's help file when opening the screens. Especially the section on how the program calculates the reorder level. After reviewing it and doing some testing in one of your test companies, you should post more specific questions about what you are finding that doesn't make sense.

From PWE, click on help, inventory management, im processes, update claculated values. Go to the reading room, its probably 30 pages.
You might consider a day or 2 of onsite training with your Macola reseller or regional office.
