I have a windows 2000 VPN server and I know how to connect PC's to the VPN server but, I am unsure how to connect a Mac. Does anybody know how to do this or if there is a 3rd party program that I need to download?
great question, however I unfortunately doubt you will recieve much of a respnose. Most here ar PC entusiast...too bad.
Please let me know if you found an answer. I am a Mac owner and am always looking for ways that help us merge both entities.

To use VPNs you need the relevant client. Cisco I know are working on a client for Mac for their communications and expect it at the end of the year.
Don't tar everyone with the same brush Paleo - this is a community. With 95% of the world on a PC not a Mac you are likely to get more PC users than Mac users statistically.
To integrate both sets of users go with Appleshare IP 6 or Windows 2000 server. Don't bother with OS X for cross platform interoperability. For the best of all worlds try Linux.
RSP:Thanks so much for your information...

RSP:This is very good news... I will look for it.

RSP:Although I appreciate the advice here.. I always start out with a freindly perspective... I have been branded more than once. However.. I am willing to give it another go.. hope all others are. Sorry if my atittude upset you. Unfortunately... statistically, the pc users are the ones who seem unwilling to accept other platforms. I use both... Agian , I will look with wider eyes in the future.
