MAC OS9.1 network with Win2K

I need some help connecting MAC OS 9.1 to a share on a Windows 2000 server. I have never touched a MAC before so any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. I have looked all over the internet but haven't been able to find anything that could help me.

What do I need to configure on the Windows 2000 server (it has AppleTalk installed) and how do I configure the networking side of the MAC?

Any idea where I can get the same type of info for connecting Mac OS 9.1 to Windows XP?

A copy of Dave installed on 9.1 is the way to do that.
