I have a Mac email server that I do not know very much about, im a windows person and what I need it to be able to run a Mac FTP server on that mac, any suggestions on a good program thats easy to use and hopefully has a good GUI interface?

OSX comes with ftp serving capabilities. Check 'sharing' in the system preferences.

well i did the only options i had was remote login,
apple remote desktop, and remote apple events those are my only options?

I neglected the note about running a mail server too. Are you using the client or server version of OSX?

Perhaps if you do not have administrative access, some sharing capabilities have been disabled by the administrator.

FTP sharing is in the client version in the system preferences. I am not familiar with the server version but it should not be any more difficult to find.
