I'm trying to label an appearance line on a NEC DT-820 IP phone to be words instead of an actual 4 digit extension. Is this possible? and if so how do I do this?

After you have assigned all the buttons in 15-07, you can label the buttons in 15-20. (LCD Line Key Assignment)

I apologize if I really sound dumb, I just don't understand the lingo 15-07 and 15-10.. I use SV9500 PC Pro and MA 4000, I uploaded a photo of what the appearance field looks like. I really appreciate your reply, just need more of an explanation.

FYI, MB 15-07 + 15-20 is used for the SL2100/SV9100 systems.
