Newb here to ask dumb questions:

The system worked fine (for years) Yesterday Verizon was down locally for over 24 hours. Verizon tells us "you are back up" yet we have no *tone*.

I have powered down the system to no avail.

I have experience with this system, just haven't seen this problem.

Help.

OK. I got it all working.

Lines 1-5 where on a AMP connector going into the 12x0

I moved the AMP connector to the 8X24 cabinet and voila.. I had lines I could work with.

At one point in time, my lines started (in programming with 21-22-23-24-25-26

They are now 1-6

The 12x0 has the AM connector listed as 1-25 and the 8X24 has the land line AMP connector listed as 26-56

I believe something in the 12x0 died. We didn't need it anyway. I hung it on the wall mount and connected in case we expanded later.

It's out of the system now!!

I had to reprogram the lines back to 001-006 from my MUP1-MUP6 then copy config to the other phones.

I wanted to thank everyone again for their help!!

I have ran 20k person plus Porsche related web forums. I *know* exactly how hard it is to diagnose something without "being" there!!

Just a thought,,,,,sometime lines are on the 12X0 for caller ID purposes instead of getting the Module.
