cheikhdtn , I see some of your post where you just do not give proper details nor follow them by an actual question for us to answer.
Please try to be much more descriptive and take your time in your posts since we cannot mind read (especially remotely) nor can we see what you see.
It's one thing to offer free replies, but another to have to continually ask people for more details.

Feature * 7 is to adjust Contrast, it should display Contrast Level 1 (or 2 or 3 and so on)
Do you have the same issue with all the other user feature codes?
What about Caller ID? or Time and Date? are they all wrong too?
If they are all wrong I suggest replacing the phone.
If only some are wrong , turn set relocation off and swap with another set and test, this will prove set or KSU issue.
