I have a question about replacing a Norstar M7310 phone. I have a site where the phone just died, I replaced it with an old one I had sitting around for a long time, It worked for a day and is dead. I picked up a refurb for $47.00 and was going to replace it. I know nothing about the Norstar, I work on the CS1000 and my question is can I just replace it? Or do I need to program it?

Thanks
Dave

Thanks, Dave

You can just replace it.

The programming is stored in the system. The system will give the old programming to the new phone.
