I assume you meant M7100 instead of M7110. All Norstar phones are 2-wire.

They are 4 wire phones. Although the second pair is normally not needed. You can provide local 24vdc to this pair if you have an exceptionally long cable run and need local power for the phone to work. As I said, very rarely needed.
