Hi,

Before I started in my new role I'd never seen the M6320 featurenet phone before so when I was given the task of procuring line cords for them, I had no idea how hard it would be. To mitigate the difficutly in buying them off the shelf does anyone know the correct configuration for them? They look like 6p6c but alas when purchasing a 6p6c rj to bt the phone doesn't function.

Thanks,

Just Some Newb.

First google hit I found for M6320 was a user guide, which indicated that the phone also requires a power supply that goes inline between the wall jack and the line cord to the telephone set. Also, it may be a matter of straight through or rollover on the pinning of the 6P6C cables.

@TouchToneTome: thanks for the reply. I have the powersupply that sits between them. I'll continue to pursure the different cable configs - I was really hoping more, that someone might have direct experience with this line cord.

Cheers

@RLSbutton: thanks for the reply. I ended up getting a professional out - turned out it's 6P6C crossed with two pins popped at the BT end. Thanks all. What's the protocol here should I edit the subject *SOLVED*?

Just stating solved and how is perfect.
