Hey guys,

I am looking for firmware for the M39xx sets. Particularly 9.4 for the M3904, 8.9 for the M3903, and 8.4 for the M3902.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks in advance

The correct firmware for those phones should be on your switch. Don't think you can put a higher firmware and a phone and then have it work properly on a lower release of the switch.

The firmware is loaded onto the SSC card then pushed to the phones, I am sure it all depends on the release of the CS1000 software, but I have all the releases so I am not concerned about that, I am just lacking these specific firmware releases for these phones. I am thinking 9.4 is fairly newish and none of my systems have it. I am not the end user, I am just a middle man in a warehouse that a customer asked to load a specific firmware. About a year ago we were able to load 9.0 onto a system and push it out to the phones successfully, I am just not sure how far up the line 9.4 is and if there is a copy of the firmware outside of the official Avaya channel.

I think the 9.4 was either in release 7 or 7.5

Thanks guys for all the help. Firebirdscrambler had exactly what I needed.

Thank You!
