M3905 does not Log/Store any incoming calls 1

I have an agent in an ACD whose M3905 will not log incoming calls. I ran through the manual a few times with no luck, is there a programming issue?

YA I did that, I selected "log all incoming calls" and the call log still shows no no callers after many calls have come in...

its not going to for ACD calls, it should for DN calls, unless the set is defective.

But call log works on both ACD and personal DN for the other agents.

Have you tried a Flash Download to the affected set?????

have you set new call indication on?
