M3904 won't log in

I have a Meridian Option 11C configured with four ACD queues. One contains all the manned telephones. The other three have one telephone each which act as rollovers to the main queue. For two of these, I have a M3905 and as long as the telephone is set to NOT READY the calls come in, are answered by the appropriate greeting, and then are transferred to the main queue. However, the latest queue has a M3904. The calls come in, play the correct greeting, and are transferred to the main queue properly. But -- the accepted call does not show up on Report 2 like they do for the other two rollover queues. Worse than that, since trying two changes yesterday, I can't get the M3904 to even log in. So that queue doesn't show as manned in Report 1.

I'm sure its something stupid that I've missed, but have run out of ideas. Help Please!!!!

 
I can't see anything obvious -

A common mistake when logging in is not picking up the handset. you can not login from handsfree.

Also, if you are using agent IDs make sure you are using an available ID

If all else failes - you might want to out the set, out the queue, rebuild the queue, and then rebuild the set
 
OK. Replacing the handset fixed the login problem, but accepted calls still do not show up on Report 2. I've outted and rebuilt both the queue and the phone twice. Any suggestions for the reporting problem?
 
I found the answer to the reporting problem. It was the RevertDN setting in the Meridian Mail Voice Menu Definition. It has to be the same as the incoming queue.
