Hello,

I was wondering if you can give me some ideas about the problems with the TN 9 7, printed first.
Under it is TN 13 11 that does not have the problem with displaying the caller ID of the incoming calls.
Their regular lines are on keys 3 and 4. On the TN with the problem, the ID for the incoming calls are displayed only after they answer.

This problem occured after I added two agents to an ACD as supervisors. The two M3904 that I added are for two managers, in order to allow them access to queues statistics for three acd via three DCW keys on their sets.

I am not sure what to change in order to make their sets show on the diplay who is calling whitout picking up the phone.

Thank you.

Also on 13 11 you have HUNT 7750 and LHK 3 programmed but you have CLS HTD, should be CLS HTA

do not make changes on an acd set.. out it and put it back.. changes can cause coruption.. i have had to rebuild switches due to an easy change on an acd.. even with a warrenty, nortel charges for that rebuild.. most providers would not..

Hello all,

It is working now. I did a change, but not an easy change.
I do understand what John is saying about the risks of changing ACD sets. I will try to avoid this in the future.

This morning, after reading the messages from Jamie2 and MagnaRGP, I added TDD to the cls and it worked. Thank you guys for pointing out this.

Acewarlock, thank you for your reply. I will have a look at
HTA feature. I believe is "Hunt Allowed".

The only reason I put the two 3904 sets on one of our three ACDs was to be able to have DCW keys that the managers can use to monitor the ACDs. I am not sure if this is the best solution. I was thinking that I could have build two new ACDs with Maxp 1 and in this way I would avoid messing with the existing ACDs. If I understood correctly, John mentioned something like that in other messages.

Thank you all for the time you took to reply to my message.
