Does anyone know where I can find info on what shows in the mid section of the 3904 display, specifically in the large LCD section below the "shift for call", date and time LCD sections.

It appears to have 3 lines of display capability, but I only see two lines of text populated with call info. I am trying to find out what control I have, if any, to display info on these lines (or at least understand what should be displayed in this field)

Two issues were raised, but I have been unable to confirm the accuracy of the claims:

- A redirected call (FNA) to secretary shows number but not the name of the intended party.
My response: the phone has DNDA and my expectation is the inteneded party's name would show on the top line, the second line would show the callers number, the extension of the called party and "FNA" -- I am awaiting confirmation that this is the case.

- If I am on my primary line and another call comes in, I get the number but not the name

i get the same thing on the display when i get a second call, i'll check the redirected when i get back to work tomorrow. i'm using the same phone but never noticed the other points you brought up.

I am getting the something similiar. Calls to line 0 properly show the callers name and extension or caller ID information. However, if the callee is on line 0, then the rollover to line 1 displays callee's name, not the caller's info.

I have this issue myself. Did you ever get it resolved?

Unfortunately I never got anywhere with this (luckily for me it seems to have fallen below the immediate radar). It will come up again so if you get anywhere with it, please post what you come up with. Thanks.

Thuddleston, try changing your phone's CLS to DNDD. DNDA allows the name of the dialed party (you). If you make it DNDD you should then see the caller's name when you're on your primary DN.
