Our office has just switched to 3904s on everyone's desk. So far they've been very well received, with one exception. People who have appearances of multiple DNs on their phones (mostly boss/secretary setups) are concerned that their phone logs all calls presented to their set in the call log, rather than just calls to the primary DN (Key 0). I know the call log can be turned off, but I think they would find it useful if it were only logging calls to the PDN.
Is there any way to make the phones log only calls to the PDN, or will it always log any call presented to the set?
