M3904 Call Forwarding Problem 2

Hey guys, I am trying to call forward one of my internal DNs to another DN. When I program the softkey to the DN i want forwarded to nothing happens. Here is the PRT of the phone I am trying to Call Forward.
Any suggestions?

You have to activate the call forward key from the set. You just can't program it and it activate.

when you say nothing happens, do you mean that after you enter the number then done, the display does not not read calls forwarded?

its the PBX that I cant figure out... I programmed the DN on my call forwarding softkey on my phone it works. When I got the other phone..(the one Im trying to setup) Same procedure. I push the ForwardCallers softkey. then type in my DN and then Push the done soft key. Im think its a CLS that is disallowed?

No, hard forward on the set over rides those setting in the CLS. The problem is there is NO MARP on that set, you cannot hard forward key 0 ACD, you have to MARP the number you want to forward or go to where it is marped and forward it there.

Call Forward All Calls is not affected by MARP. To CFW a DN, it must meet one of these conditions:

1. it is KEY 00 (or the DN if a 500 set is CFWing) and may appear on other phones.

or

2. it is not KEY 00 but has only one appearance in the system, that being the TN that wants to forward it.

I want to Forward calls from ext 2507 my phone at me desk to 2406 companion.

so anyone calling 2507 will get forwarded to the companion 2406. 2406 is active (inputted into the softkey on 2507 phone set).

We know it does not meet condition 2 or it would have a marp, so it does have an appearence else where, right?

Well, there is one other condition that needs to be met. You have to press the forward key to activate it.

If you have done that and it still does not work, then there is another appearance of 2507 in the system.

Yes GTROUT, i was just there. inputted 2406. Push Done tested. Called 2507 and companion in hand (2406) did not get forwarded. Now im here posting back
