Hi,
I have an option 11C with PRI ISDN30 DDI trunks. DDI calls to the ATT are a problem due to the number of callers.
We can't afford MMail, autoattendant, we have no-one to overflow the calls to & only have one attendant. I am wondering whether replacing the attendant M2250 for a Central answering position (CAP) would be a way around it. This I believe uses the ACD features we already have & would allow us to send callers to RAN when the one & only CAP phone agent is busy.
Anyone do this for sites with only one phone, does it work, any drawbacks?
