Hi,

I have an option 11C with PRI ISDN30 DDI trunks. DDI calls to the ATT are a problem due to the number of callers.

We can't afford MMail, autoattendant, we have no-one to overflow the calls to & only have one attendant. I am wondering whether replacing the attendant M2250 for a Central answering position (CAP) would be a way around it. This I believe uses the ACD features we already have & would allow us to send callers to RAN when the one & only CAP phone agent is busy.

Anyone do this for sites with only one phone, does it work, any drawbacks?

You can program call flow to individual sections instead for Operater console this how youcan solve the problem..

you can program ROA "recorded overflow announcement" for the
attendant in LD15

Thanks - phonedude10
