There is a problem with my M2250. When I use the M2250 dial a general line number, it's OK. But I can't dial the extension number after I hear the greeting.
PS. I have configured EES either Key 2 or key 7. It doesnot work.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

EES either Key 2 or key 7.?? the ees key is not working, that should be all you need.. you can set ees the yes in the cdb and may help on an opt 11... all the cdb entry does on the larger boxes is send tones back to the calling party.

Is it just the M2250 or do digital phones have the same problem dialing that same number?

Have you printed the ATT TNB to verify which key the EES is on?

Along with Ace's question, have you made sure the "SHIFT" key is not pressed on the console? ~MH

Are you sure you don't work in a central office.

Trouble leaves here fine.
