Is there a handset amplifier that will boost the earpiece volume for a 2250 console.I tried installing a headset amplifier but had no results.Also I did order a meridian handset with the little volume wheel installed on the underside but it seemed to have no effect.One of my switchboard operators is going a little deaf.CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?thanks in advance for any help.

that's a unique handset on the 2250, might want to try a headset with a vol control

Yeah as I said above I tried a headset amplifier with no results.Surely Nortel must make something????Anyone?
