M2250 console to PC console assistance

I have an M2250 console connected about 1500ft from the MDF and it works. When i try connecting a PC console it doesn't power on.
Any ideas on how to get the PC console working ?

Also how to i pull back a transferred call using the M2250 console?

I think that the Nortel CIU unit needed a power TN to be provided on pair 5. I have attached a trouble shooting guide that might help.

Pair 5 is correct, I have PWR to the console on 5. DO you think AUX power can be the solution?

Does anyone know what is the TN voltage required to power the console ?
