Hello everyone,
Here are the series of clues to my problem...
* Had to do a PBX reboot (Had to... Company upgraded the generator and for the electrical work, the vendors had to cut the circuits and all of our systems had to come down for some time.)
* Everything seemed fine, but
* Our console phone was in 'night' mode and when tried to bring it to idle... it didn't respond.
* As a result, performed hard reboot.
* When the M2250 console phone came backup, the console phone displayed '01-Jan-89 09:00 AM.' (I wish turning back time was this easy...)
* Ran some diagnostics on the phone and found the 'Data Port Failure Code A0H' which states that The RS-232 has failed the loop back test.
What to do, Please HELP!!!!!
