M2250 Attendant Console

We have an M2250 attendant console on our CS1000 7.5. We have maintenance on the console so if it goes down they will send us a referb but they dont always work well. They are probably worn out too. I'm told by our vendor a new M2250 is no longer available. What is my alternatives?

You could try other 3rd party suppliers such as datapulse or Smile etc.

If you are a large site - 4 or more consoles, then you could use Amcom or Amtelco systems, which are more common in the USA.

If you just have 2 or 3 consoles - just buy used. You should be looking at forklifing your Nortel system anyways.

Our maintenance provider is replacing them under the contract at no additional charge but the referbs are not always the best. The 2 or 3 keys she uses all the time are sometimes flakey. Thanks for the replies.
