I checked his old programming and everything seems to be the same, is there maybe something I'm missing?
He says that when he's on a call on 559 and someone from the dig.intercom group calls him he was able to place 559 on hold. I did press his hold button with 559 active and the hold button did not seem to work. Any ideas?

What release are you on?

I would say enable AHA in CLS.

While he is on the call on 559 and ask him to just press his DIG.

See if that helps.

Is anyone else having this same problem? Did you try a known good phone at his Station? Did you try his Hold Button with regular calls without the I/C being used?

Good Luck,
L.A.CityTech

Oh every customers thinks that. Look at the contract and you never see hold as an option do ya. Gotta pay extra for Hold. (alright, jst kidding)

You got a broke phone I think. Unless this is EVERY phone. Not sure why it is being tied to Intercom - Hold is Hold. Does not matter when you hold as long as the call has connected.
