Is there a way to redirect the M drive to the location of the message store? My M drive shows the same free space as the C drive and "appears" to have the Public Folders and Mailboxes on it. Once C fills up is that all I can put in the message store? Sounds crazy, but that's how it looks.
I've researched the M drive and it sounds like it doesn't really need it to function. Has anyone removed it successfully? Thanks for any help on this one!

Thanks - that's encouraging! For those of you that still have an M drive, does it always show the free space of C, even if your message store is moved to another drive?

The M drive is actually a store for the Installable File System and is shared as \\servername\BackofficeStorage.

I think Exchange HAS to use this at some stage, although it can be moved to other drives quite easily.
