M Drive disappear suddenly

I am use MS Exchange Server 2000 on Windows Server 2000.
I found that the M drive of MS Exchange was disappeared suddenly, I can't log into the Mailbox anymore. I am not sure what is the cause, please help if any method that i can get the M drive back.

subst m: /d
net start exifs
