I've been trying different adaptions from to route calls to Lync 2013 for Dial In Conferencing only using odstd=sipdomain.com & presenting the final call to lync as +1816xxxxxxx. I'm curious if there is a specific Adaptation that works and would possibly indicate we need to look at the Lync side again? -Thank you

Try the below. You may need to replace sip domain.com with the IP address.

its an extract from this document.

Create a new Adaptation. Select Routing  Adaptations. Click New (not shown) and enter an appropriate name in the Adaptation name: field, select <click to add module> in the Module name: field, enter DigitConversionAdapter in the New module name: field from the Module name drop-down menu, enter “fromto=true odstd=sipdomain.com in the Module parameter: field, and enter optional notes in the Notes field. Note that "sip domain.com" is the address of the Lync Mediation Server’s network interface used to send and receive SIP traffic with Session Manager. This adaptation is created to change the domain part of the Request URI in the SIP Invite to an IP address. This adaptation also changes the SIP From and SIP To headers. Although not required in the reference configuration, called party number digit manipulation (deletion and insertion of digits) can be performed using the section Digit Conversion for Outgoing Calls from SM. The rest of the values can be left at their defaults.

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.
