Lync 2010 with SBS 2008

I am trying to get an evaluation server running for lync 2010
-I Have 2008 R2 sp1 as teh lync server and ran the AD prep part and it said it was successfull.
It hasnt generated the schema's on the SBS AD Server though?
is it possible to manually create these on the SBS server itself?

Double check your domain function level, It must be at lease 2003

I fixed it by manually running the powershell scripts Thanks .
