LX Fax problem

Hi all

I have set up the Intuity LX audix for fax messaging ,i.e to print the fax messages from the extension. I have programmed as per the docs but it still does not work. donn know where I am goin wrong. any idea

Hi I had the same problem and also outcalling as not working. Adter speaking to Avaya, it turns out that there is an issue with the tones between the PAB and the Audix system. Check to see if outcalling is working - if not you probably have the same issue
