I am trying to convert a .wav file to a usable auto attendant file using the LVM Utility...but having no success.

I have a wave file that appears to be the correct format to convert, according to the LVM manual, but I keep getting an error message telling me to view output.log. But, that file is never created, either, so I have no idea why it is not working.

Anyone else have this issue and resolve it? I really appreciate the assistance.

Output.log not being created can be caused by not installing the IP Office application suite as a Administrator

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

So, I took a chance running the conversion tool on another computer, and it worked just fine. So, problem solved!

That does not really resolve the problem.
Try running manager as Administrator.

I had the same issue once and the problem was that I was not using the right Hz when converting the wav file.
