LVM Greeting Utility Problem

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I have the new R8 Manager installed and am trying to convert a professional wav file to the embedded voicemail format (c11) (and yes the wav file has been recorded with the proper specs). The problem I'm having is not the actual program itself as it looks like it converted the file, its when I upload it to the IP Office it always shows as A-LAW and not U-LAW.

I have tried many different things and can not get to say U-LAW. Any ideas or is it a bug.

I just tried one and it displays as ALAW

I have a ULAW config loaded so not sure what the situation is.

Not happy with Avaya ATM....
