Lucent Centrevu Reporting

Hi,

has anyone succesfully be able to create a report in centrevu by skill for realtime, that shows a summary of multiple skills.

How about: Reports / Real Time / Split-Skill / Report

it doesn't summarise multiple skills, it only lists multiple skills, I want a report that can list multiple skills but show a summary/total of all data at the top,

Maybe I am missing something with your request but it seems pretty easy.

bring up: Reports/Real Time/Split-Skill/Split-Skill Report
enter design mode
focus on the existing table and then delete it
insert a new table, choose "data" as the query source
add all the fields, click next
select Summary Line Top radio button, finish up

Run your new report.

You will need to do some cleanup, drop unwanted cols
