I have a question, i was wondering how i would go about forwarding a range of ports to a server on the network i'm working on. I have not encountered this device before, and have been reading the manual, but i have not read anything about forwarding. basicly i need to forward ports 3000-->3400 to a server on the network behind this device. Any help, or points in the right direction on where to find some info on this would be great.

thanks

Unfortunately you cannot open a range of ports on a Cellpipe. You can only open individual ports at a time. However, since you have a limited amount of static mappings, you cannot forward that many ports with a cellpipe.

The workaround is to have your PC that you need to have accessible assigned a public IP address and assigning that IP address under the No Nat Net parameter in the NAT menu. The problem is you will need 2 public IP's, but I'm afraid you don't have too many other options.

BTW, in case you were looking at the def server parameter, forget about it. This parameters forwards many common TCP/UDP ports to whatever server you assign, but not all ports and definitely not the range of ports you need.
