Can anyone help me get to the configeration menu on the switch.

Hey Paul: I think I'm having a similar problem I'm trying to locate the firmware for the Lucent Cajun P120 switch. Can you help? Thanks!

I also have a cajun p120, and I too cannot find a console cable that will work. I've tried a cross-over cable, a straight-through, and a roll-over (all with RJ45 to DB9) Anyone have any ideas?

Hey guys if I'm not mistake in order to telnet in or access the P120 you need to be in the same ip range.
Easy to do with Win2000 or XP.

Go to nic properties, TCP/IP must specify IP, but this one needs to be whatyou have now, then advanced and add this one 149.49.32.100 or anything close other that 149.49.32.134 Subnet 255.255.255.0 save ,exit
should be able to telnet with tcp/ip, RJ45

all password are on the P120 original cd

Hotwire

I finally found a cable that works for the Cajun P120 - it's a console cable made by Avaya (it's neither a crossover, rollover, straight or Cisco cable).

But the other still unresolved problem is resetting the p120 (thus erasing the old configured settings). FIV doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Packetdogg where did you find a cable and do you have model number?

Paul, I found the cable in a box containing a new Cajun P133. Cuz we bought a bunch at work. I know that's not the answer that you wanted to hear. I'll see if it's got a model number.
