Lucent Ascend Max 6000 Restoring Default

I bought a few lucent ascend 6096's that were used and pre configured. I do not have full access password and would like to restore to default factory settings. How can I do this???

Download NavisConnect from ftp.ascend.com and use that to try to save the configuration. If that is successful then search the resulting text file and look for Security followed by Full Access. This is the full access password.

If this fails due to SNMP R/W being disabled or R/W community string changed, then NINDY is your next option. If NINDY fails then RMA is your last option.

Do a search on this forum for NINDY on a MAX 6000. I think this has been covered before.

hello sir,

i am using max 3000, i am having some serious problems , whn aprox. 30 users get connected , browsing goes fine but after some time all transmission get stuck and users is unable to browse.

need help pls
