Lucent 4424LD+

I just purchase a 4424LD+ from ebay and was surprised to find that when I plug it I get dial-tone, but no display on the screen. What can I do to check that the screen is operational?

The Avaya Part Number for the auxillary power supply is:
PEC 4499-PWR.
I don't know if it is against forum policy to furnish advertisements, but there are a few places online that you can purchase one. Some sites that I have found helpful are:

You can also do a Goggle search and find several online retailers as well. Usually the price is around 35-40 dollars.
Instructions are usually included with the unit, and/or the 4424LD+.
