LUADS partner door phone not disconnecting?????

I have 2 LUADS partner door phones ext 29 and 30 and they ring all extensions but the customer doesnt want to go to phone to answer it as they know its the door so they go to the door directly and the door phones dont disconnect it just says door phone ext 29 or 30 on the phone and i have waited 30 minutes.

i played with the disconnect timer and no go

i moved the jumper on the disco timer and the door phone doesnt work.

these are 2 NEW out of box door phones

help please

First unplug the door phone
Move the timer jumper to enable on the botttom left
Increase the timer to the maximum (2-min)
plug the line back in
decrease the timer to the desired level
I have has the same issue before on the BOGEN modle
