LTCR Fail in Unify Openscape 4000 V8 1

Hi,
I'm trying to install Unify Openscape 4000 V8, but its LTUCR (previous Version LTUCA) board not getting power. there are 2 LED (Red & Green) on the board and both status are off. Please see the attached picture.

If anyone have idea, please help me to solved the issue.

Log on to the phone administrator/123456

See if it is SIP or HFA - if you have it setup SBCSU for HFA but the phone is SIP you would have to re-flash it to HFA (HiPath Feature Access)

Also from the Picture - probably not relevant - but the STMIX has to be plugged in to the IP Network
 
H02 in my experience generally means "Cannot communicate with Gateway", and can mean the gateway IP information is not entered into the phone (or you specified the wrong one), or in the case of using a DLS server you may have forgotten to push out the profile to the phone :)

L01 "typically" means "blame the network cable or network people" :p

A DLS server is something you setup on your own. It helps you to manage deployment of phone configuration, software, etc. It's not a requirement, but it can make your life easier if you manage a lot of phones.

As Don said you do not need the use of a Deployment Server unless you have a lot of phones.
Please tell do you have one IP phone working ?

No here total IP phone is 75 user.

In STMIX board, I added total 72 IP phone user.
From them
4 are physical SIP phone
8 are SIP soft phone
Both are working (Incoming and outbound calls tested)
And 60 HFA phone which is not working (as I send you error message before.

Also there are 2 AC WIN SL which is also not working.(Showing license issue) cand you tell me which IP should I put in licensing tab (for CLA agent)
I worked before with AC WIN IP where used CLA/CLM for licensing but this one procedure are different so bit confused.

License each ACWINSL individually then specify 127.0.0.1 as the license agent for each
