Low quality on remote phones

I have about 6 remote phones on my v3000 NBX system. If I make a station to station call quality is very good bothways. When somebody calls from the outsite via our PRI (ISDN) and choose one of those extensions via the auto attendant, we get choppy low quality connection many times. Any other extension i get good quality on my PRI calls. The problem is only on the connection between the remote extensions with the PRI. Phones are 3101s and 3102s Release is 5.0.28.

I will appreciate any ideas on this.
