I am having troubles with my laptop it keeps sayng low disc problems and do a dics clean to free up memory. My c drive is almost 100% used. I have uninstalled almost everything on my computer and it still tells me to free up more disc space. How can I solve this issue? I was also wondering that when want to uninstall a program how can I take it totally off my hard drive?
thanks

What I do not see here is any specs on how much hard drive you have etc.

so some general tips

If you delete anything it goes first to the trash can (recycle bin)
empty this to get rid of it.
delete you internet cache. set this so that is uses little or no space.
delete your temp directory.

Also look in the root drectory of your hard drive c:\ for files with the extension .chk and biff these.

Microsoft includes a program in later version of wndows 9x to take care of some of these things for you. If you had this it will offer to run itself when it sees a problem

If you are constantly removig and seeing no results please check for a virus.
