I have ASA 5510 and few remote users with computers and IP phones. I am looking for suggestions of a low-cost router that can be configured in the office and sent to the users, where they can plug it their home network. It would connect to ASA and establish VPN tunnel, so they can plug in phone and computer and be on office network.

Thanks in advance!

It depends on how much you're spending. Since you're using IP phones, you can always get an ASA 5505 10 user which goes for about $400, they have POE ports built in for the phone. If you want cheaper, you can buy a PIX which are old and not really supported anymore but could help, you would have to get a power adapter for the phone though. Now if you really want to go low cost, Linksys has VPN routers that look exactly like their standard wireless, I used to work for a company that had a Sonicwall at the main office and Linksys VPN routers at all 50 stores.
